RADIOHEAD - Hail To The Thief (Live Recordings 2003-2009) CD/LP (XL Recordings)
 A new live album that sees the band reflecting on their 6th album, Radiohead's Hail to the Thief (Live Recordings 2003-2009) is comprised of performances of songs in London, Amsterdam, Buenos Aires, and Dublin between 2003 and 2009. The album was mixed by Ben Baptie and mastered by Matt Colton. Speaking about the new live album, Thom Yorke, who recently co-created the critically acclaimed ‘Hamlet Hail to the Thief,’ a frenetic adaptation of Shakespeare's Hamlet, says: "In the process of thinking of how to build arrangements for the Shakespeare Hamlet/Hail To The Thief theatre production, I asked to hear some archive live recordings of the songs. I was shocked by the kind of energy behind the way we played. I barely recognized us, and it helped me find a way forward. We decided to get these live recordings mixed and released (it would have been insane to keep them for ourselves). It has all been a very cathartic process. We very much hope you enjoy them.”

NICK SHOULDERS - Refuga CD/LP (Gar Hole)  
Refugia Blues, the fifth album from Nick Shoulders, is a record of big ideas and small, intimate moments. These nine songs are rooted in the stylings of Southern traditional music. Sparse, timeless, and unamplified, they're older than the sounds Shoulders saluted on albums like 2023's All Bad, with its loud, whooping anthems for roadhouses and sweaty dancehalls. Here, Shoulders isn't shouting over a band. He isn't bringing a crowd to its feet with dance-ready tempos. Rather, he's exploring another side of his craft by stepping up to a ribbon microphone as a solo performer, delivering each song with acoustic instruments and a voice that's equal parts country croon, Appalachian yodel, and high-lonesome field holler. As he explains it, Refugia Blues isn't just a call to action; it's a call to rest, too

UNKNOWN MORTAL ORCHESTRA - Curse LP (Jagjaguwar)  
UMO's 'CURSE' EP reflects these cursed times we find ourselves in. Taking inspiration from Italian horror films of the 1970s and 1980s, the six songs on the release are as cathartic a listen as the band has ever recorded. Featuring both abrasive, Black Sabbath inspired riffs on ‘Boys With The Characteristics Of Wolves’ as well as the laidback, intricate guitar playing UMO is maybe most famous for on ‘Death Comes From The Sky,’ the Curse EP is the perfect soundtrack to your next confrontation with the void.

CHELSEA WOLFE - Abyss LP [Reissue/2015] (Sargent House) Chelsea Wolfe's album Abyss deliberately confronts the boundaries between dreams and reality to craft a score to that realm she describes as the hazy afterlife... an inverted thunderstorm... The dark backward... The abyss of time. As Wolfe notes Abyss is meant to have the feeling of when you're dreaming, and you briefly wake up, but then fall back asleep into the same dream, diving quickly into your own subconscious. Sargent House is proud to release a limited edition 10th Anniversary edition of Cheslea Wolfe's fifth album Abyss 

BOOTSY COLLINS - Fresh Outta P University LP [Reissue/1997] (Rhino)
Fresh Outta 'P' University is Bootsy Collins' fourth solo album, released in 1997, and it celebrates his unmistakable P-Funk sound. The album is a funky journey through humorous lyrics and groovy basslines, all marked by Bootsy's unique style. The album solidified Bootsy's reputation as one of funk's most important figures, and his creative energy is palpable in every song. Fresh Outta 'P' University is a must-listen for any funk enthusiast looking to get swept away by good vibes and danceable rhythms. After being out of print for 20 years, this essential funk masterpiece is now available as a 2x180g LP and CD reissue, ready to get the party started once again.

ESTHER ROSE - This Time Last Night LP [Reissue/2017] (Keeled Scales)
This Time Last Night is the debut album from folk-country singer-songwriter Esther Rose. Originally self-released in 2017 on CD, it's now available on vinyl for the first time. The album was recorded at Mashed Potato Studios in New Orleans live to tape by Sam Doores (of The Deslondes) and Duff Thompson. The album made its way to Jack White, who asked Rose to record vocals for two songs on 2018's Boarding House Reach. After This Time Last Night, Rose signed to Father/Daughter Records for her second and third albums, You Made It This Far and How Many Times. 

DANIEL AVERY - Tremor  CD/LP (Domino)  
Tremor – the breathtaking sixth album by Daniel Avery. An inner world built from chaotic noise, transcendental ambience and voices that echo around it like pulsing transmissions from some distant ether world. All those sounds on Tremor sublimely flow and blur together to leave the listener disconnected from the here and now. It’s as close to magic as music can get. “I’ve never had a more inspiring time making a record” says Avery. “This is a living and breathing collective. Since the earliest recordings, Tremor felt like a studio in the sky, a space in time through we could all pass. Every person on the record leaves their unique mark but the power lies in us all working together. It’s a beautiful lesson acid house has taught me: no one’s energy is more important than anyone else’s… especially my own.”

PHANTOGRAM - Nightlife LP [Reissue/2011]  (Barsuk) Electronic rock duo Phantogram came out of nowhere in early 2010 with the release of their debut album Eyelid Movies (Barsuk), which was lauded from underground to mainstream. In the whirlwind year and a half following the album's release, the band played nearly every major North American festival and regularly headlined sold-out shows on their own - stopping along the way for appearances on late night TV and drawing mounting praise from audiences, critics, and fellow musicians from Questlove to Kings of Leon to Big Boi (with the latter of whom the band went on to form the side-project Big Grams). The Nightlife EP contains the RIAA Gold-certified single “Don’t Move” and is a companion piece to their debut - its title, in part, refers to the fact that it was written and even partially recorded in clubs and hotel rooms while on tour in support of Eyelid Movies. Barsuk Records is excited to reissue the six-song EP on purple wave vinyl.

ZACH HILL AND LUCAS ABELA - Bag Of Max Bag Of Cass LP (Warp)  
Bag of Max Bag of Cass is a joint work from Zach Hill and Lucas Abela. Hill, while primarily known as a founding member of Death Grips, is a titan in experimental music—a visionary drummer, master of velocity and compositional design. Abela’s practice stands alone in the world of free improvisation, forging entire universes literally from shards of glass. These aren’t songs so much as vast, textured fields. Here, noise becomes a sonic environment of focus and intensity. For all its volatility, the music holds an unlikely stillness. Hill’s rhythms refract against Abela’s sustained, splintered overtones, forming a labyrinthine architecture ever ready to ensnare you.

CLAIRE ROUSAY - A Little Death LP (Thrill Jockey)  
claire rousay’s music cascades from a well of documented experience, reflections of the past that compose the present. A prolific multi-instrumentalist, producer, and composer, rousay gracefully crafts boundaryless music. From her frequent and acclaimed collaborations with artists like M. Sage, more eaze, Gretchen Korsmo, Andrew Weathers, LEYA, and Alex Cunningham, to her film scoring like on The Bloody Lady. From her own compositions to her solo pop work, rousay’s music is delicate yet powerful, carefully constructed with a casual intimacy. rousay collages a wealth of found sounds and field recordings with earthy strings, stately piano, and processed instrumentation, all of which trace the outlines of memories and distinct impressions and create a complex constellation of feeling.

HOLY SONS - Puritan Themes  LP (Thrill Jockey)  
Holy Sons is the largely solo project of Emil Amos (Grails, Om, Lilacs & Champagne). Puritan Themes is his 17th album and his 4th for Thrill Jockey Records and a tentpole album in his wide-ranging output, including myriad private press LPs, collections of oddities, and conceptual series’. Puritan Themes’ relaxed vibes are influenced by the laid-back west coast rock sound of mid-period Fleetwood Mac, blended with a dose of psych distortion and imbued with the breeziness and ease of yacht rock.

GUIDED BY VOICES - Thick Rich And Delicious CD/LP (GBV Inc)
Robert Pollard: "I'm a student of hooks. That perfect combination of a lyric and a chord pattern that gives you that chill up the back of your spine." Thick Rich And Delicious overflows with hooks. It plays through front-to-back like a power pop classic, but don't misconstrue pop for soft. The basic tracks were cut live and hot to tape and are presented with minimal overdubs. The band recorded in a Brooklyn studio at extreme volumes, conjuring the spontaneity and electric energy of their legendary live show. Complimenting Pollard's lead vocals, harmonies are sung by Grammy-nominated Bobby Bare Jr and Pollard (aka "The Self-Righteous Bros"). The sound delivers on the album's titular promise-thick, rich and delicious. Pollard combines a new batch of songs with a basket of unrecorded gems dating back to the band's nascent years. The chorus of "Oxford Talawanda" contains a never-used hook that Pollard has been singing for nearly his entire life. With Thick Rich And Delicious, you can get that satisfaction.

BUFFALO TOM - Sleepy Eyed LP [Reissue/1995] (Beggars Banquet)  
Beggars Banquet is happy to release an expanded edition of Buffalo Tom’s fifth album Sleepy Eyed, celebrating it’s 30th Anniversary this year. Set for release on October 31st, on 2XLP/CD and digitally, the album has been expanded to include six demos that the band unearthed specifically for this release. Expanded into a double LP, the refreshed artwork includes new photos and images of ephemera plus contributions written by the band and producer about the recording of the album.

CHARLATANS UK - We Are Love LP (BMG)  
The Charlatans UK are back with their highly anticipated album, We Are Love. Their first studio album since 2017, this eleven-track collection marks a significant return for the band. We Are Love sees The Charlatans UK pushing their sonic boundaries, featuring exciting collaborations with the acclaimed Dev Hynes and renowned producer Steven Street, promising a fresh yet unmistakably Charlatans sound.

LEON VYNEHALL  - In Daytone Yellow  (Ooze Inc)
Acclaimed British artist Leon Vynehall presents his highly anticipated third album, In Daytona Yellow, via Ooze INC. Marking the next stage in the Ivor Novello-nominated producer and DJ's evolving sound, In Daytona Yellow showcases Vynehall's experimentations with fringe electronics, pop, and R&B, and his growing confidence through collaboration and live vocals. Across 10 hypnotically off-kilter tracks, we hear Vynehall at his most deft and diaristic.

HER NEW KNIFE - chrome is lullaby deluxe LP (Julia’s War)
Her New Knife is a shoegaze/alternative band based out of Philadelphia, PA. The group's members include Edgar Atencio (guitar and vocals), Ben Kachler (guitar), Carolina Schooley (bass), and Elijah Ford (drums). The band released chrome is lullaby last year via tastemaker label Julia's War Recordings; the EP captures a raw, vulnerable allure, offering fans of shoegaze and post-punk a profound connection to their unique sound. After a one-off Björk cover ('Pagan Poetry'), the band now returns with a 6-song remix EP, featuring remixes from TAGABOW, Sword II, Frost Children, and more. The physical version of the release 'chrome is lullaby deluxe' features their chrome is lullaby EP on side A and their corresponding remixes on side B.

OF MONSTERS & MEN - All Is Love & Pain In The Mouse Parade LP (Skarkali Records)
All Is Love And Pain In The Mouse Parade is the band's long-awaited fourth album. It is a collection of stories of how love and pain are woven together. Feelings that might seem at odds with each other, but it exists simultaneously and need each other. The album was written, recorded and produced in the band's home studio in Iceland, with the help of their childhood friend, engineer Bjarni Þór Jensson.
