Top Sellers - October 2026

10. AVALANCHES - No Bad Memories CD/LP (Astralwerks)
The Avalanches return with their fourth album No Bad Memories, a new album inspired by the simultaneously magical and unsettling ways advertising, technology and pop culture become woven into the fabric of our memories. No Bad Memories is an ambivalent love letter to the nostalgic pull of commercial jingles, start-up chimes and forgotten audio logos. Featuring collaborators including Karen O, Jamie XX, Portraits of Tracy + many more.

9. PHOEBE BRIDGERS - Lost Weekend CD/LP/CASS (Dead Oceans)
Phoebe Bridgers is a singer-songwriter from Pasadena, CA. Beloved in equal measure for her deceptively subtle voice and her meticulous, incisive lyrics, her solo records Stranger in the Alps (2017) and Punisher(2020) have been accompanied by a number of collaborations, including the supergroup boygenius, with whom Bridgers won three Grammys for 2023's the record. Her songs are hallmarked by a kind of intimacy that's hard-found in contemporary music, and scale between the macro and the micro with an ease that's matched only by her towering, prodigious way with words.

8. ALICE IN CHAINS - Unplugged LP [Reissue/1996] (Sony)
Originally recorded in 1996, Alice in Chains MTV Unplugged captures one of the most powerful and intimate performances of the era. The set showcases Alice in Chains' signature blend of haunting melodies, acoustic arrangements, and raw emotional depth. Recorded at Brooklyn Academy of Music in NYC, the performance finds the band reimagining fan favorites including ‘Nutshell,' ‘Down in a Hole,’ ‘Rooster, Would?', and ‘Brother’ in a stripped-back setting that highlights the strength of their songwriting and harmonies.

7. REMI WOLF - Mud CD/LP (Island)
If Remi Wolf's first two albums, 2021's Juno and 2024's Big Ideas, were in technicolor, her third LP Mud is it's more neutral, earthy and grounded sibling. Still colorful, as Wolf tends to be, but from a more rooted & grounded place. The rawness with which Wolf wrote the album is delivered in the sound: stripped away of synths and programmed drums, Mud is Remi Wolf at her most lyrically and sonically vulnerable. The songs evoke the feeling of singing around a campfire with just your friends and a couple guitars because that's how it felt for Wolf to make it. But to find the clearing in the forest, she needed to make a whole new trail first.

6. HERMANOS GUTIERREZ - Los Ojos Del Condor CD/LP (Easy Eye Sound)
Hermanos Gutiérrez presents a new world of sound on their latest album Los Ojos del Cóndor, leaving behind the cosmos for the coastal mist of Lima, Peru where the brothers' lineage takes root. On their third collaboration with Easy Eye Sound, Alejandro and Estevan Gutiérrez craft an odyssey through lush musical soundscapes, trading the wide-open canyons of the American West for the rhythmic pulses of South America. Produced by Dan Auerbach.
